Layout: This spacious home features a well-thought-out floor plan. On the first level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sunroom/living room, and three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second level offers a cozy landing and study area with a twin daybed, along with another king bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step outside to a large deck with seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Neighborhood: Nestled in the quaint Berry Hill area, you'll be directly across from a park, close to multiple recording studios, and conveniently located near downtown with easy access to all major interstates. We’ve stayed at this house four or five times through the years, but this most recent iteration with all the extra rooms and bathrooms is such an upgrade! Great location that’s easy to get lots of places and walkable to lots of restaurants. The park across the street is a bit rundown, but the kids still enjoyed playing on it, even as they’ve gotten older. Will definitely be back.
