Welcome to Genesis Country Estate House Rules 1) PLEASE KEEP WINDOWS AND SLIDING GLASS DOORS CLOSED WHEN USING HEAT OR A/C. SOME UNITS ARE EQUIPPED WITH SENSORS WHICH WILL SHUT DOWN THE SYSTEM. 2) NO CHILDREN IN THE EXERCISE ROOM OR POOL AREA WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. 3) NO GLASS OR BOTTLES IN THE POOL AREA – We provide plastic wine glasses, iced tea glasses and other plastic-ware for your use. 4) PLEASE DO NOT HANG TOWELS ON THE POOL FENCE – You may use the deck railing or the planter hooks. 5) PLEASE ADD WATER TO POOL WHEN LEVEL IS LOWER THAN 1/2 AT SKIMMER. 6) PLEASE REMOVE ALL FLOATS AND TOYS DAILY FROM POOL. 7) PLEASE CHECK AND EMPTY FILTER ON THE WASHER AND DRYER AFTER EACH USE. 8) DO NOT USE BLEACH WHEN WASHING TOWELS OR BED LINENS. 9) THERMOSTAT SWITCHES SHOULD BE IN THE AUTO AND COLD (or HOT depending on the season). 10) PLEASE DO NOT SET THE THERMOSTAT TEMPERATURE BELOW 68 DEGREES. IT MAY CAUSE THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM TO FREEZE AND SHUT DOWN. 11) PLEASE DO NOT MOVE EQUIPMENT FROM EXERCISE AREA. 12) PLEASE RETURN THE COVER TO THE POOL TABLE WHEN IT IS NOT IN USE. 13) AFTER USE OF THE KARAOKE MACHINE Please unplug General Information SECURITY: Genesis Country Estate has outside security cameras at all entrances & porch areas only. No cameras face the pool. If WiFi or security cameras are disconnected the police will be called. There are inside cameras and they are turned off during guest stay. The box for security cameras is inside house & once you have arrived I will give you instructions on how to turn off. LAWN CARE: Maintenance is performed weekly unless weather dose not permit. POOL: Maintenance is performed weekly SPA: You are welcome to use the spa products during your stay. However, after use, please leave them for the next guest. If you are in need of additional personal items, there are convenience stores nearby. A Dollar General store is located one mile away and a Kroger store is 5 miles. Both are on Hwy 96 East. Check Out Procedures: Check out time is 10:00 a.m.. This allows our housekeeping staff time to prepare for our next guests. Note: Any time you remain on the property beyond checkout time is billed at $50 per hour. Please collect all dirty dishes, place in the dishwasher and start. Please collect all towels, place them in the 2 washers in the laundry room and start the washers. Please strip all the beds and place the linens in the laundry room. Please do NOT remove comforters or pillows from the rooms. Please collect all trash and place the bags in the back of pick up truck in the carport area. Please adjust all 4 thermostats to the proper settings.
