Community Standards 1. Guest Conduct and Noise Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Verified noise complaints or disorderly conduct will result in fines as stated above. 2. Pool and Amenity Use Guests must follow all posted amenity rules. No glass containers, no personal speakers, and no more than two guests per apartment. Pool closures or damages caused by guests will result in reimbursement of costs in addition to fines. 3. Pet Policy Only verified service animals are permitted in amenity spaces. All pets must remain leashed, and owners are responsible for cleanup. 4. Package and Access Policy Only residents may receive packages. Deliveries for guests will be refused. 5. Trash and Cleanliness Valet trash containers must be brought inside by 9:00 AM daily. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fine per occurrence. 6. Parking and Property Care Unregistered vehicles must park on the lowest level of the garage. Unregistered vehicles are subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense. If a violation is tied to your apartment, a $500 fine will be issued. 7. Threats, Violence, or Disrespect Any threats, aggression, or verbal abuse from guests or short-term occupants toward residents, staff, or vendors will result in immediate police involvement, trespassing, and potential charges. This list is not all-inclusive. Any additional misconduct or inappropriate behavior, as determined by staff, may result in fines, eviction, or legal action.

Highly recommend!! There are a lot of places to stay around Nashville but this was the perfect spot for a girls getaway weekend. A lot of walkable shops and restaurants in the gulch area, if the weather wasn’t so chilly it’s not a bad walk to Broadway either for night life! Ubers were plentiful and averaged about $10 give or take depending on time of day. Looked just like the photos, having two separate bedrooms was key for us to be able to spread out a little and we loved the makeup room for getting ready! Very responsive hosts throughout our stay with recommendations, we’d stay here again!

Loved having a gym in the building. Also, the location was great and close to everything. We went to Nashville to go tour Belmont and loved being close to campus as well as close to Broadway and a ton of restaurants. We love Nashville!!

Ivan and Brianna’s place was absolutely magnificent. Our Thanksgiving didn’t start off well because the first place we booked had plumbing issues. I went back online, saw Ivan and Brianna’s listing, reached out to them, and we were able to check in within just a few hours. The pictures truly don’t do this place justice. My family of seven was able to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal and spend time together comfortably. The games were a great bonus, and my girls especially loved the hidden gem inside the apartment—a beautiful little beauty parlor! Even though the location is close to The Gulch and downtown Nashville, we honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the building. Everything we needed was right there. My only recommendation would be to provide an additional fob, but it’s not a deal-breaker at all. Everything else far outweighs only having one. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent spot, I would choose to stay here again! Ivan and Brianna’s place was the icing on the cake for our trip to Nashville. Great location in proximity to Broadway, restaurants and activities. It is also in a walkable area near every you need. The listing is exactly like the pictures- clean and the fun decor and glam room were great additions. Check in and check out instructions were clear and concise as well.

Our stay was great! In the Gulch and so close to broadway that we walked it. Very responsive with messages when necessary. We really enjoyed our stay and were happy to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary there!
