Sleeping arrangements The bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with its queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet that supports longer stays. A sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space, with cotton linens and room-darkening shades that help you settle in after busy days exploring the city. Note Parking: We have ONE reserved parking space available inside the building for an additional $35/night. The Parking Pass must be displayed on the dash, pass facing upward so the number is easily visible - if these directions are not followed your car will be booted immediately at the guests expense! Extra vehicles can park in guest parking or a nearby parking lot for $35-$50/night (first come, first served and paid daily by parking meter).

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay Building Rules Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times. 1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, sky deck, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice. 2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area. 3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time. 4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours. 5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.* 6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $25 to replace Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior. 🧾 General House Rules Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly allowed in the listing and must be included in your reservation when booking. Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless prior arrangements are made. Do not tamper with security systems, smoke detectors, or smart locks. Music lovers can enjoy a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame, listen to live music at the many honky tonks, or catch a concert at the Ryman Auditorium. Sporting events are nearby with the Bridgestone Arena, home of the Nashville Predators, and Nissan Stadium just a short walk from our front door. The food scene is incredible with casual eats like our famous hot chicken or award-winning chef restaurants just minutes away.

Guest Access

The property is keyless. Prior to arrival you will need to download the LATCH App. Latch will be your virtual key to get access to your unit, amenities, elevators, stairwells, and entrance into the building from street and parking garage. If you plan to arrive prior to check-in or leave later than your check-out time and need a place to store your baggage, Baggage Bellhop is available onsite 7 days/ week 9AM-5PM. Please note that our very convenient location does mean that some noise may be experienced during your stay and other variables may be out of our control such as public events, nearby construction, or building amenity closures.

Our location is incredibly walkable and everything you need is within blocks. If walking is not your first choice and you are bringing a vehicle, we do offer nightly garage parking at an additional charge of $30/ night. Scooters, Uber, and Lyft are all readily available if an app-based service suits you best.
