BEDROOM: One Queen-sized bed *bedroom has en-suite bathroom LIVING ROOM: Calming colors and high ceilings with sofa bed and a smart TV. KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island. Stocked with dishware and cooking utensils. THE BURNHAM: A 6 story midrise apartment building located Downtown, south of Broadway aka SOBRO. There are 3 elevators and 3 sets of stairs inside the building. You'll find a stairwell a few feet to the apartment door that will take you straight to street level (exit from the garage). This apartment unit is located on the 6th floor, overlooking 5th Avenue. LUXURY AMENITIES INCLUDED: ★ Outdoor pool (not heated) ★ 2 level fitness center & yoga studio ★ Climbing wall, treadmills, spin bikes ★ Sky lounge with deck & city views ★ The Collective: 2 story hangout & work ★ Fire pits, grills, cornhole ★ Courtyard Hangout Area ★ On-site Maintenance ★ On-Site Concierge & Security ★ Book your stay today! Parking: We have ONE reserved parking space available inside the building for an additional $35/night. The Parking Pass must be displayed on the dash, pass facing upward so the number is easily visible - if these directions are not followed your car will be booted immediately at the guests expense! Extra vehicles can park in guest parking or a nearby parking lot for $35-$50/night (first come, first served and paid daily by parking meter).

Building Rules Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times. 1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, sky deck, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice. 2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area. 3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time. 4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours. 5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.* 6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $25 to replace Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building. PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: courtyard, parking areas, collective, lobby, sky lounge and pool. In the heart of Nashville and located less than 2 blocks from Nashville’s iconic lower Broadway in the SoBro neighborhood. There’s something for everyone in Downtown. Music lovers can enjoy a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame, listen to live music at the many honky tonks, or catch a concert at the Ryman Auditorium. Sporting events are nearby with the Bridgestone Arena, home of the Nashville Predators, and Nissan Stadium just a short walk from our front door. The food scene is incredible with casual eats like our famous hot chicken or award-winning chef restaurants just minutes away.
