There is a key locker system for key retrieval that's simple to use. Instructions will be sent prior to check-in. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guests will not receive refund for stay.* Lost or unreturned Key Cafe Keys - $300 Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.

The location was central and very convenient to groceries, restaurants, music and museums. The apartment was clean, modern and very well appointed. We might have cooked there a night or two, though the kitchen stuff was a bit minimal for that. Check in and check out were simple and Leah is extremely responsive. This was just right for a relaxed family visit to the city, and would also be great for groups who plan to see a lot of music downtown.

Great condo for the 4 of us for the weekend!! We were able to check in early which was a big advantage. Close enough to walk to Broadway and a few other attractions, but an easy Uber ride if we chose to do that. The condo was very clean & comfortable and provided nice amenities. Leah was a great host! We will be recommending this condo to our friends who will be traveling to Nashville in the fall.
