Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We do offer early arrival or late check out for an additional fee – please check with us for availability. - No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home. **IMPORTANT**There are two thermostats in the house. One upstairs and one downstairs. They must always be on the same setting. For instance one cannot be on cool/AC and one on heat. They both must always be either on cool or heat. You can adjust the temperature separately but they ALWAYS must remain on the same setting. *Check-out instructions – Please remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. Put all used sheets and towels in the laundry room. This allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. Please note that this is a new-build community and there may be construction during your stay.
