As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by a chic and beautifully decorated space, featuring comforting, warm-toned pastels with rich textures that create an enthusiastic atmosphere. The open-concept living/kitchen area boasts as much natural light as possible, bathing you and your guests in the warm glow of the Tennessee sun! BEDROOM: Rest comfortably in a 3 queen bed with memory foam mattress, ensuring sound sleep LIVING ROOM: Adorned with beautiful, high-quality furniture and decor. Two additional queen-sized beds are located in the living room so everyone in your group can sleep in comfort KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island. Stocked with dishware and cooking utensils. THE BURNHAM: A 6 story midrise apartment building located Downtown, south of Broadway aka SOBRO. There are 3 elevators and 3 sets of stairs inside the building. This apartment unit is located on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and courtyard. Parking: We have ONE reserved parking space available inside the building for an additional $35/night. The Parking Pass must be displayed on the dash, pass facing upward so the number is easily visible - if these directions are not followed your car will be booted immediately at the guests expense! Extra vehicles can park in guest parking or a nearby parking lot for $35-$50/night (first come, first served and paid daily by parking meter). The poolside view from the condo’s private balcony showcases some of the best amenities, offering an insta-worthy backdrop for photos. For those who like to stay active, the building offers a fully-equipped gym and even a rock wall for a unique fitness experience. Need to catch up on work? The co-working space by the main lobby provides a comfortable and productive environment. * Dedicated workspace is in the common area of the Burnham on the first floor, not in the actual unit. * We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces and maintenance of appliances and interior physical conditions of the apartment (including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, Pool, hvac, drywall, etc) and as such items are out of our personal control. We are bound to abide by the building's protocol when it comes to maintenance issues and timelines to address. All other items we personally take care of. We are able to control everything within the apartment itself to make sure you have the best experience possible in Nashville. * Amenities such as the pool, grills, gym, courtyard, and fire pits are subject to closure. While this rarely occurs, please note this before booking as we are unable to provide refunds for any instances as such. Building Rules Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times. 1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, sky deck, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice. 2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area. 3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time. 4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours. 5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.* 6. Lost or unreturned parking pass - $25 to replace Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building. In the event that any of our building amenities becomes unavailable for guests, we assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for any of these amenities prior to or during your stay. By making your reservation you are acknowledging this disclaimer regarding our building amenities and agree unavailability will not be grounds for refund or cancellation of your reservation. 3. Trash cannot be left outside door-Must be in unit or in garbage chute near unit 355.

Guest access

The property is keyless. Prior to arrival you will need to download the LATCH App. Latch will be your virtual key to get access to your unit, amenities, elevators, stairwells, and entrance into the building from street and parking garage. If you plan to arrive prior to check-in or leave later than your check-out time and need a place to store your baggage, Baggage Bellhop is available onsite 7 days/ week 9AM-5PM. Please note that our very convenient location does mean that some noise may be experienced during your stay and other variables may be out of our control such as public events, nearby construction, or building amenity closures.
