House Rules

Community Standards 1. Guest Conduct and Noise Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Verified noise complaints or disorderly conduct will result in fines as stated above. 2. Pool and Amenity Use Guests must follow all posted amenity rules. No glass containers, no personal speakers, and no more than two guests per apartment. Pool closures or damages caused by guests will result in reimbursement of costs in addition to fines. 3. Pet Policy Only verified service animals are permitted in amenity spaces. All pets must remain leashed, and owners are responsible for cleanup. 4. Package and Access Policy Only residents may receive packages. Deliveries for guests will be refused. 5. Trash and Cleanliness Valet trash containers must be brought inside by 9:00 AM daily. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fine per occurrence. 6. Parking and Property Care Unregistered vehicles must park on the lowest level of the garage. Unregistered vehicles are subject to immediate towing at the owner’s expense. If a violation is tied to your apartment, a $500 fine will be issued. 7. Threats, Violence, or Disrespect Any threats, aggression, or verbal abuse from guests or short-term occupants toward residents, staff, or vendors will result in immediate police involvement, trespassing, and potential charges. This list is not all-inclusive. Any additional misconduct or inappropriate behavior, as determined by staff, may result in fines, eviction, or legal action.

We had a wonderful trip, our first time visiting Nashville and we were so lucky to have a great spot to stay within a close 20 min walk or even faster scooter ride to broadway. Leah was so helpful and super quick to respond throughout our trip!

Leah’s place was absolutely spotless. If you like clean, this is the place for you. Everything was pristine. The beds in the room with two beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms too. The neighborhood (Gulch) was perfect. About a 20 minute walk to Broadway (easy walk) and there are lots of great spots in the Gulch for shopping, eating and beverages. Leah was also very responsive when I reached out (and quick too). This is a great spot and we will absolutely be staying at Leah’s place next year!!

Leah’s place was PERFECT for our get away to Nashville. Everything looks just like it’s pictured. Lots of room and easy to follow directions. The location was central and easy to get to all of our destinations. It has all the amenities and was also quiet and relaxing allowing us to rest up in between our adventures. Leah was very responsive to our questions. I would definitely book this stay again.

An amazing stay and location. Couldn't have asked for anything better for a long weekend trip into Nashville. Very walkable to Broadway with lots to do in The Gluch as well. Amenities were as advertised.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and in a safe neighborhood! SAFETY I'm a woman in my 30s, and I felt perfectly safe walking around by myself even after dark. I could see lots of women by themselves jogging, eating, and generally walking around. I frequently saw neighborhood security on segways, and cops were posted regularly. HOST Leah is so kind and patient! Our parking needs kept changing, and she was so nice and accommodating! She always responded within minutes no matter the time of day or issue! We visit Nashville fairly often, and this will be my first pick next time we come back!

The place is in a tall building a 20-minute walk to Broadway with many restaurants and shops along the way. It was very clean, comfortable sofa and stocked with lots of towels etc. It is the largest gym I have seen at an apartment building and has giant windows with sweeping views. The host is super responsive, accommodating and lovely to communicate with. There were a few things that would have made it even better but beyond her control - 1 key fob for the group but we managed sharing lockbox, and the small pools are 1 ft and 3 feet deep.
