We had such a wonderful trip to Nashville! Everything was excellent—clean and tidy. The location was perfect for exactly what we were looking for: close enough to the main city, but still a great spot to explore everything the Gulch has to offer. Highly recommend booking here if you’re coming to Nashville!

We had a great stay. Perfectly styled home making it easy to feel comfortable and at home. There were only four of us, definitely roomy enough for a larger group. Beautiful home!

We stayed at Leah’s place for three nights with 4 people. It didn’t feel crowded and the place was very nicely decorated and came with everything you need for your stay. Hopefully we will be able to stay again!

This stay was amazing! The unit was perfect and fit all of our needs. We also loved the amenities like the pool, grills, and rock wall! We walked to Broadway so many times a day- great location! I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Nashville!

We had an amazing stay for our girls’ trip over the long weekend! The place was perfect for what we needed, and the host went above and beyond to make our experience even better. He was super helpful and even assisted us with our groceries, which made things so much easier. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and I couldn’t recommend this host enough. Arthur and his team are incredibly responsive and caring. I booked last-minute and they were super accommodating with many of my questions and requests. The apartment is very comfortable, in a new construction building with nice amenities. The apartment overlooks the pool, which is nice. Great option for a stay in Nashville. Would recommend.

We had a friend living in this building, so it was nice to be able to have our own space while visiting them! About 20 min walking from Broadway, 5-10 min uber. Great location to be close but just far enough for some quiet

We stayed here for a weekend trip and absolutely loved it here! The unit is clean, spacious, and so cute inside. The queen beds were very comfortable to sleep on as a party of 5 and would easily fit 6. Plenty of towels. The hosts are very sweet and responsive. Highly recommend!

We are thankful that we came across this location. New, clean, only a 10 minute Uber to downtown, the pool was nice for a relaxing day. It was a perfect size and clean. Amenities were amazing with updates in the apartment and the building.

Nice, safe building and neighborhood. Place looked just like the photos and was a clean and pleasant place to crash each night of our trip! 15 min walk to broadway (or 5-10 min scooter ride). Only complaint was having to share a single key between multiple guests but not sure if that’s just the building policy or what. 5 stars all day for this place!
