We’ve stayed at this house four or five times through the years, but this most recent iteration with all the extra rooms and bathrooms is such an upgrade! Great location that’s easy to get lots of places and walkable to lots of restaurants. The park across the street is a bit rundown, but the kids still enjoyed playing on it, even as they’ve gotten older. Will definitely be back.

Great location in the Gulch! The bed was comfortable and the unit was exceptionally clean with a starter of everything, even laundry detergent. Patti was very responsive to any questions I had and her directions regarding parking and access to the unit were great. If you are wanting to stay in the Gulch while visiting Nashville this is an excellent option!

This was absolutely the best hidden gem I could have found for my first trip to Nashville. My best friend and I were coming in for a concert and to have a small girls trip so we wanted to be somewhat close to downtown but not be in the heart of the action and this was the perfect place. Quiet and cozy, walkable to downtown, beautiful location and well kept. I cannot wait for my next trip back so I can stay again! Thank you!

“Absolutely amazing stay! Leah and Greg were outstanding hosts — warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — peaceful, safe, and close to everything. You can really tell they put a lot of thought and care into making their guests feel at home. We truly didn’t want to leave! This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!”

Great place for my friends and I! Lots of room and very homey. Leah was an amazing communicator & quick to respond. I only wish there were curtains on the windows to help block light during the night (very small concern and not a deal breaker by any means). The place was very clean!

Leah’s response to questions was always prompt from booking to check out. The place was quiet and walkable to downtown. It provided the amenities needed for our stay. It was nice to have the parking garage even at an additional fee. I would recommend the property and stay again if we find ourselves back in Nashville.

We were excited to check in to Leah’s place and were not disappointed. It was just what we were hoping for. The place was very clean and she had games for the family to use. (So thoughtful). So many hangers - so considerate. The unit was large enough that we never felt like we were in each other’s way. The location was perfect. It only took us 15 minutes to get to any place. So centrally located. Leah was a perfect host and got back to me in a timely manner. (And I ask a lot of questions) I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Nashville.

This was a perfect Airbnb for two of us in Nashville! Overall, it was very tidy, decorated so cute and easy to get into with the app on my phone. We loved the Swiftie theme and thought it was such a cute little apartment! It was also the perfect location and easy/safe walking distance to Broadway. Everything about this place was spot on! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
